A. Warm ginger Ingredients
  •      Water [1 liter]
  •      Red Ginger [50 g]
  •      Granulated sugar [4 tablespoons]
  •      Brown sugar [200g]
  •      Black pepper grains [15 pieces]
  •      Cardamom [4 pieces]
  •      Deaf [1 piece]
  •      Cloves [5 items]
  •      Serai [2 sticks], crushed
  •      Pandan leaves [2 pieces], conclude
  •      Orange leaves [5 pieces]
B. How to create a warm ginger
  • Bake until lightly browned red ginger. Then lift and peel the skin next section mashed or crushed.
  • Boil the water along with red ginger and other ingredients to boil down to meimbulkan scent.
  • Reduce the heat and continue to cook until reduced to 1/2 part water.
