A. HOW TO COOK FRIED RICE

A. Materials fried rice
- 250 grams of white rice, do not use too fluffier rice.
- 1 whole chicken eggs and whisk.
- Taste vegetable oil, for frying
- 30 grams Onions, roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 clove Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 large pieces of red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 sheet onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 pack of beef or chicken broth
- Salt and flavorings to taste
- Heat oil, saute garlic, onions and shallots until fragrant.
- Enter the beaten eggs, scrambled up soft-boiled eggs and add the remaining seasoning 1, mix well.
- Add rice, and stir until well blended.
- Add spices and stir again until 2 rice and all seasonings blended.
- Cook until done and serve while warm.
- Fried rice will grow tasty and delicious served with a sprinkling of fried onions on top.

- Add shrimp crackers, chips or crackers melinjo more to taste if desired.
