A. HOW TO COOK FRIED RICE




Fried Rice

A. Materials fried rice
  • 250 grams of white rice, do not use too fluffier rice.
  • 1 whole chicken eggs and whisk.
  • Taste vegetable oil, for frying
B.Seasoning
  • 30 grams Onions, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 clove Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 large pieces of red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1 sheet onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 pack of beef or chicken broth
  • Salt and flavorings to taste
C.How cook Fried Rice
  • Heat oil, saute garlic, onions and shallots until fragrant.
  • Enter the beaten eggs, scrambled up soft-boiled eggs and add the remaining seasoning 1, mix well.
  • Add rice, and stir until well blended.
  • Add spices and stir again until 2 rice and all seasonings blended.
  • Cook until done and serve while warm.
D.Tips Fried Rice
  • Fried rice will grow tasty and delicious served with a sprinkling of fried onions on top.
  • Buddy onliners can add pickled cucumber and cayenne pepper if desired.
  • Add shrimp crackers, chips or crackers melinjo more to taste if desired.
  • Buddy onliners can also add meatballs, sausage or shredded chicken meat in the processing of fried rice if desired.
