A. Ice Fruit Cocktail Ingredients
- 150 grams of papaya is half cooked (round shape)
- 100 grams of melon (round shape)
- 100 grams of ripe pineapple cut in a fan shape
- 100 grams of watermelon (round shape)
- 250 grams of nata de coco
- 300 ml of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of whiting
- ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder (optional)
- 250 grams of ice cubes
- 1 piece of lemon water taken
- 500 ml of water
- 250 grams of sugar
- 2 grains of cloves (optional)
- 3 cm cinnamon
- Soak the pieces of papaya in aqueous solution whiting (300ml water + 1/2 teaspoon water whiting) approximately 1 hour, then wash.
- Prepare the pan and pour 500 ml of water into the pan, then put sugar, cloves and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
- When the water is boiling, then reduce the heat, then enter papaya, pineapple, vanilla powder, and salt. If the water is boiling, turn off the heat, then pour in a large container, then set aside until the steam is lost.
- Enter nata de coco, melon, watermelon and lemon juice and ice cubes.
- Serve in glasses
