Ice Fruit Cocktail

A. Ice Fruit Cocktail Ingredients
  •      150 grams of papaya is half cooked (round shape)
  •      100 grams of melon (round shape)
  •      100 grams of ripe pineapple cut in a fan shape
  •      100 grams of watermelon (round shape)
  •      250 grams of nata de coco
  •      300 ml of water
  •      1/2 teaspoon of whiting
  •      ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
  •      ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder (optional)
  •      250 grams of ice cubes
  •      1 piece of lemon water taken
B. Sugar Syrup Ingredients
  •      500 ml of water
  •      250 grams of sugar
  •      2 grains of cloves (optional)
  •      3 cm cinnamon
C. How to Make Fruit Ice Cocktails
  • Soak the pieces of papaya in aqueous solution whiting (300ml water + 1/2 teaspoon water whiting) approximately 1 hour, then wash.
  • Prepare the pan and pour 500 ml of water into the pan, then put sugar, cloves and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until boiling. 
  • When the water is boiling, then reduce the heat, then enter papaya, pineapple, vanilla powder, and salt. If the water is boiling, turn off the heat, then pour in a large container, then set aside until the steam is lost.
  • Enter nata de coco, melon, watermelon and lemon juice and ice cubes.
  • Serve in glasses
